She said in interview that she has provided evidence to her attorney's that prove her story and she just wants a dna test to establish paternity and get support.
I dunno... she sounds more like the run of the mill baby mama trying to get child support than a Kim Kardashian wanna be.
Also a question:
The age difference and statutory rape keeps getting brought up. Since Bieber was under age could he be exempt from financial obligation if he is the father?
You know, I keep seeing court cases on tv where minors are not held financially liable for any financial contract, financial damages etc. Does this apply to matters of child support as well?
I mean, if not... where does one draw the line? For instance MJ's son... he stands to become a very rich man... if he is purposefully seduced by an older girl with the intent to get pg and get paid.... I know she will get statutory rape... but those sentences are relatively short. In the mean time in exchange for 1 - 2 years in the slammer she gets 18 - 20 years of BEAUCOUP money.
I dunno... I think there are some who would do this.
There should be some sort of safeguard that children aren't defrauded in this manner.
Oh gosh I hope that never happens.
