Masters Of War & Working Class Hero

I was listening to these 2 songs today, and noticed how similar the eerie accostic town of them really seemed to complete each other.

Both songs both have strong politcal/social stands... it feels like Working Class Hero could almost be a continuation or sequel to Masters of War smile

But either way great songs cool

Pistols sounded like "Fuck off," wheras The Clash sounded like "Fuck Off, but here's why.."- Thedigitialgardener

All music is shit music and no music is real- gunsnhalen

All they're doing is playing traditional folk melodies, they've both said so.

I definitely always thought of Working Class Hero as a Dylan kind of Lennon song.

Lennon was always into Dylan, but it is a lot more clear on this particular song (and I think he admitted it)
