Al B. Sure! & Diana Ross - No Matter What You Do

Anybody remember this one?.......

Anybody have the back story of how this duet came about? I was always curious....how the hell did he get "The Boss" to be featured on his joint?

I always liked his production style of New Jack Swing. Teddy was King but Al wasn't too far behind with his sound either.

You can take a black guy to Nashville from right out of the cotton fields with bib overalls, and they will call him R&B. You can take a white guy in a pin-stripe suit who’s never seen a cotton field, and they will call him country. ~ O. B. McClinton
