I think this is fake. There a lot of reasons why it will be fake. There is so I know 2 or 1 friday in the list, and Madonna never works on friday because of Kabbalah. Also Madonna will not only perform in stadiums in USA, for sure. She always will perform in arena's too in USA. Like MSG, NYC. that is not even on the list. And the National stadium in Singapore is closed till 2014. And a stadium in London is booked during the Olympics season. Well. we all know that they almost need all these stadiums in London, so I don't believe that Madonna can peform in that stadium. Also already 3 stadiums(Amsterdam Arena in Amsterdam, Netherlands, ANZ Stadium in Sydney, Australia, and Mt Smart Stadium in Auckland, New Zeland)
So I guess this list turns out to be fake. Album release date isn't even confirmed , not even the single. So no promotion , why the hell shall she do that? It will be very dumb, imo. [Edited 10/13/11 2:39am]

I knew it was fake She wouldn't launch a tour the same month that her album is released!

Mods - what gives? I'll leave it alone babe...just be me

That list is definately incomplete. No LA or NY date? I can't beleive that. If she comes to Detroit, I don't care what kind of show it is: I'm going. As for the dream setlists, I don't know that ANYONE is ever giong to challenge her to pull out any surprises like "Confessions" did with "Erotica (You Thrill Me)". I miss that guy...what's his name? She made a great album with him, drained him and left him to die? What's his face?

Love your list!
I would kill to see her perform secret garden live, Til Death Do Us Part too! 2012: The Queen Returns

I listened to "'Til Death Do Us Part" the other day (not intentionally..Madonna on shuffle) and that would be an excellent surprise. The list is very impressive....but remembering the last tour, one surprise song (which would more than likely be an old hit) would good enough for me. I think we'll get MAYBE 5 pre-"Ray Of Light" songs. It wouldn've been amazing to tour for "Celebration" (but obviously she didn't want to give that release that much attention....a remix music video? Not exactly trying to get another hit song) if she didn't go too heavy on the "Ray of Light" to present material.

Exactly. She needs to bring out some stuff that's not overplayed on the previous tours. This time around,I can do without "Music" and "Ray Of Light".Love those songs but she needs to let them rest for awhile She ignores so many of her 80s hits...."Dress You Up","Angel"...even "Crazy For You" would be cool to hear again.Hell,I'd love for her to bring out something really rare, like "Spotlight".

That performance was incredible!! A surprising way to reinvent one of her old songs.I'd like to see more performances like this one.....where an older song is given new life. The choreography is great, too.

I would love the have another tour just as good as Confessions or even better, that's still one of her best tours ever, imo. Also this performance is one of her best performances ever. [Edited 10/14/11 4:35am]

I agree, the Confessions Tour is one of her best tours....it's better than 'Drowned World','Re-Invention' and 'Sticky And Sweet'.Old songs like "Lucky Star","Erotica" and "Like A Virgin" were given excellent makeovers, sounding fresh and vibrant. The "Music Inferno" performance was so campy and fun!! There were alot of good ideas that were executed on this tour.Even the 'rock' portion of this show ("I Love New York" and "Ray Of Light") was outstanding. The songs on COADF worked extremely well in a live setting.

THANK YOU!
i just don't get the folks that say that it was a better night at RIT or S&S...
I must say DW was more 'exciting' and felt much more revolutionary in it's time...
but those two productions, esp CT, kick the other two in the arse I'll leave it alone babe...just be me

Drowned World was a very edgy, adventurous show....it was more like a dark Broadway play than a concert.I went to both nights in Oakland Very entertaining, but Confessions was a much more satisfying show.

I think Sticky and Sweet was her weakest tour since Who's That girl, but it's still miles above every other pop princess tour out there! 2012: The Queen Returns
- E-mail - orgNote - Report post to moderator |
I agree. | |

^^ really? I think S&S was her best tour since The Blonde Ambition Tour!!! it had humor, many different songs from each album, good remixes, a good stage, upbeat dancers, variety, hip-hop, techno, dance, pop, rock, a deranged folkie/gypsy section, etc. It was, at the very least, unpredictable, and that's always a good thing
Confessions Tour: good, but too predictable, cold techno sound, too many songs off Confessions, slighty arrogant attitude by M, AND way too many dancers outstaging the queen...
Reinvention Tour: bullshit, pure and simple. Her worst tour, touring one of her lesser albums...
Drowned World: hmm, not bad, but it felt like a safe, random "pop hits" tour, I mean, the Ray of Light songs were highlights, and I truly like the rendition of "Gone" (cowboy hat and all), but the rest was...unremarkable
Girlie Show: I don't like the look Madonna had at that time, set-list too short, and not enough "sex" (despite trying to be an X-Rated tour), if you're going to do a "sex tour"...then do it all the way down!
