Voodoo for me.

I didin't listen to Voodoo, but the Miseducation of Lauryn Hill made me want to pull my hair out when it was released though.

Voodoo is a good album.... but imo a little overrated. Now don't freak out on me people this is 1 persons opinion so don't get all stan like. It's a great album, and i think some songs on it are fantastic! but some songs sound unfocused and uninspired. Where as every song on Miseducation i feel, the lyrics, the sound, the beat, the singing/rapping.

Where as with Voodoo i feel that for about 8 of the 13 tracks but i think Untitled, The Root, Devil's Pie, Left & Right & Spanish Joint are fantatsic. And among the best R&B songs of the 2000's

I enjoy Miseducation but love Voodoo. One of my absolute favourite albums.

Miseducation's frontloaded and has those dumb interludes that ruin the flow. Voodoo's hotshit in comparison.

Voodoo = Overrated.

I find it amusing that people are saying that Voodoo is overrated. Golly, The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill has got to be the single most overrated album in the history of Western music.

You know it's true though. So many people talk about The Miseducation... like it was the second coming of Christ.

Loved them both.............but Voodoo by a whodoo country mile.

I know, it's so annoying that people have their own opinions and thoughts.

Love 'em both, but I don't need to think twice and the winner is VOODOO!

They are probably on par in terms of raw songwriting, but for me Voodoo has all this to seal the deal over Miseducation....

Timeless sound.

Amazing sonic texture.

Twistedly bewildering vocal arrangments.

Killer grooves by live musicians.

Sounds like gooey velvet, from a dimly lit jook joint, hidden in a grimy corner of the earth that you can only be led to by a man named Dino.

I have both albums, but I've only listened 2 Voodoo once (seriously)...now all this talk is gonna make me 2 give that album a second chance before I answer this question.

Easily Voodoo, without a doubt, no contest... you can close the thread now!

I think The Miseducation deserves it accolades. Its a great album, modern classics and appears to influences today still. Maybe compared Voodoo it is but I think it all balls down to preference

Wow, this is a hard choice. I love both of these cd's.

I have to choose Lauryn's Miseducation though. I listen to that cd weekly and never tire of it.
