Cinderella!

This band is so good but highly underrated. My favorite album of theirs is Heartbreak Station. That album was so good. Funky, soulful, rockin and even had country elements. Any Cinderella fans out there? I love Tom Keifer. He is so talented and hot! cool

Hmm, I can not speak to how hot Tom Keifer may be but I do enjoy Cinderella. I agree with you that Heartbreak Station is probably their best album. Image wise they were lumped in with the rest of the glam/hair bands, and looking at the cover of Night Songs they only have themselves to blame, but musically they had a bit more to offer than most of their contemporaries.

I give them credit for releasing an album like Still Climbing right in the middle of the peak of grunge/alternative music (1994). The album sank like a stone but at least they did not embarrass themselves like a lot of '80s bands did by trying to jump on the latest trend.

I recently saw Cinderella here in Denver last month. They gave a very good show (which didn't start until 10:20pm). Tom Keifer's vocals weren't what they used to be, but the show as a whole just rocked!!!! Nobody was disappointed with their performance. Gypsy Road, Don't Know What You Got, Heartbreak Station, somebody save Me, etc.... Their hits were just coming all night. I will definately see them again if they come to town again.

The songs I've heard from Cinderella were really good. One of the few hair metal bands to actually sound like they really truly LOVE what they're doing as far as music goes and not as just to get money or pussy.

You're right, Still Climbing was a pretty tight album. Had it come out a few years earlier I bet it would have been a hit. I love Talk is cheap!! That song rocks. It's true that they were actually musically more serious than the bands they got lumped in with. Maybe they should have toned down the glam look.

I would love to see them live. As for Tom's vocals, I know he's had issues for quite some time now and maybe even has surgery?

Oh wow a Cinderella thread never though i'd see one I DIDN'T MAKE haha.

That being said i love them, they are actually very talented and there blues album Heartbreak Station is top notch. Tom Keofer may not have great vocals but they work, and dude need's credit where it is due. He is a talented guy, he's got chops on accoustics, slide guitar & piano. Plus he know's his blues well wink

some of my faves from them

I really like Poison too but there's no comparison between them and Cinderella. Musically Cinderella is in another league! They would destroy Poison.
