Tyler, The Creator The New Generation Version Of Eminem?

My favorite rapper right now. I hope he never get's to mainstream aha.

He's like a younger generation version of Eminem. Tyler is much more interesting when it comes down to doing weird shit.

Maybe, except that Eminem's lyrics didn't seem like that of a surburban teenager trying to 'shock' people and cause me to roll my eyes out of my head. .

Pretty good. I don't know about the Eminem part, but pretty good. And why don't you want him to go mainstream?

EDIT: Okay, the first song is good. The second, not so much.

oh no. half of what hipsters are about is turning on and ripping apart non-mainstream stuff the minute it goes mainstream. it's a necessary part of everything hipsters stand for.

Guys I'm not a hipster. Some people just randomly start calling me that. I just hate mainstream music.

Seriously? neutral

The Eminem comparisons are understandable since both deal with shock rap.

I like some of Tyler's work tbh. Goblin, I thought was good. But I still think Frank Ocean is where it's at.

Yes he is. Maybe not his later work seeing it's as 'underground' as the music of a former humoungously popular idol can get, but he's pretty mainstream.

Ugh...I hate myself for even talking about this.

Uh, yes. I said he was mainstream.
