I love Donna Summers. I have her first 3 albums and still enjoy listening to them on my record player

My first favorite as a kid. I remember going around the house holding a comb doing my own karoke of this song.

One of my favorites for sure! When Laure Brannigan came out with her first hit song I thought it was Donna. Man those long versions are great. I bought the Anthology 2 CD set it's fantastic and was highly recommened by fans: http://www.amazon.com/Ant...s_dp_dpt_2

The Bad Girls Deluxe and The Dance Collection is great to have because it has alot of the Long version that the greatest hits doesn't have.

Im surprised noone mentioned her acting debut in that Disco film "Thank God Its Friday" which featured the Oscar winning song "Last Dance". Yes the film was pretty lame but Hollywood was trying to capitalize on the Disco trend

You can take a black guy to Nashville from right out of the cotton fields with bib overalls, and they will call him R&B. You can take a white guy in a pin-stripe suit who’s never seen a cotton field, and they will call him country. ~ O. B. McClinton
