The song is almost worth a second listen, the key word being almost. Incidentally, I like the darken hair color. She's kinda hot.

...Just kinda?
Are you sure you don't need to have your eyes checked? "I don't think you'd do well in captivity." - random person's comment to me the other day

I find her nose (nose job?) distracting; however, drooling over her scrumptious breasts would only short circuit my new keyboard.

...You monitor folks that closely to where you notice if they change their nose or not?
Nose job or no, she's still a stone cold fox. "I don't think you'd do well in captivity." - random person's comment to me the other day

Leona Lewis and Simon Cowell are being sued for allegedly ripping off a dance track on her new single, "Collide".
Swedish DJ Avicii has filed a High Court challenge claiming that Collide plagiarizes his track " Fade Into Darknes"s. The dance producer is seeking an injunction to stop Leona’s song being released on 4 September as planned.
Avicii, real name Tim Berg, first spoke out about Leona’s track last month, claiming that he had been sent a version of "Collide" by her label, Syco, but had not given permission for it to be released.
A spokesperson for his label, Ministry of Sound, said: "Avicii is an up-and-coming talent; we think he should be given a fair crack at making this record the hit it deserves to be."
The singer tried to clear her name on Twitter recently, when she wrote: "With regards to my song, avicii was aware & agreeing publishing splits for himself and his manager. When avicii sent his track out to have a song written over it I totally fell in love with this version and i think he's super talented."
The DJ responded to Leona on Twitter: "Thanks for accusing me of lying and speaking on my behalf. Since we never met or even spoke, please let me and my manager know who told you that and what confirmation they gave you."
"Collide" is due to be the first single on Leona’s third album which is out in November.

This single is not really good. They ought to sort out the mess that it's embroiled in or it could derail this era.

Official single cover. Both parties resolved the dispute and added Avicii’s name to the credits.
