Whatever Happened to Zhane? They had some good jams back in the day. They were talented.

They have broken up but, each one is still recording. "Love is like peeing in your pants, everyone sees it but only you feel its warmth"

Oh really? I had no idea they were still recording and especially as solo acts. I should look up their solo stuff. I wonder if it's as good as their work they recorded as a duo. "And When The Groove Is Dead And Gone, You Know That Love Survives, So We Can Rock Forever" RIP MJ

Renee tours and records with Roy Hargrove and she has a fan page on facebook. As far as Jean, Kanye Shrug.... Nick Ashford was someone I greatly admired, had the honor of knowing, and was the real-life inspiration for Cowboy Curtis' hair. RIP Nick. - Pee Wee Herman

Rene's a good friend of mine, we have known each other for years. Saw her last weekend, in fact. As for their stuff being as good as their past material, let's just say, Rene has not missed a step. The second Zhane album is really overlooked IMO, even if it did have Top 10 Top 25 R&B singles.
They were such a breath of fresh air when they came along. The great dance cuts (Hey Mr. D.J. 12" - Wow!!) and the more subdued, laid back R&B songs. Loved it. And, their whole image was great to. Just beautiful black singers. No frills, no gimmicks.
