Jill Scott beams down the lineup for her fourth studio album The Light of the Sun, due June 28.

The soulstress kicks it old school with fellow Philly native Eve on “Shame,” duets with Anthony Hamilton on the jazzy first single “So in Love,” and collaborates with the unlikely pair of Doug E. Fresh (“All Cried Out Redux”) and Paul Wall (“So Gone”). See the 18-song deluxe track listing below.

Great to see Jill making a comeback, she's been gone for too long, Ive been a fan ever since VOL1, I wasnt feeling Shame when it was first released but its started to grow on me, also the A.Hamilton joint is chill, cant wait for the rest of the album, we need Neo-soul back again, dont know whats Paul wall doing on the album though, theres many decent rappers who would love to work with Jill.

There's also a mixtape of unreleased tracks coming out in the spring, "Just Before Dawn", the sampler was released today.

It is. I was just a little shocked at how strong this new material sounds. Guess I shouldn't be..she's Jill F'N Scott & all.......doesn't even hafta sing to OWN me...just that look into the camera & smile routine & I'm done for

I've always thought Scott was stunning and sexy, she has that X factor. Either you have it or you don't....
