Yeah that was quite farfetched... Comparing a upbeat love song, to an anthmen to loss from aids...

I can see plenty of comparisons between the two, but at a certain point people want Lady Gaga to be a fake.

Face it,guys.....in every review of this album,you're gonna see Madonna's name mentioned Just like in every article about Lady Gaga,Madonna's name pops up.

I just listenned to the album twice in a row, and it's one of the best things I've heard in ages.

I absolutely love it. FInally, pop music done with some passion and correct amounts of camp.

It's absolutely wonderful and it's probably going to be my favorite album all year.

Not that I don't love "Jealous of My Boogie", but Ru hasn't had a real record contract in a while and his singles aren't that successful. The rest of them don't even chart inside the top 20 anymore, if they chart at all.

Plus, they're all old. You just named a buncha 50+ year old gay people and then that fool from AI.

Where the hell did my post go? Errr, okay--let me try and remember what I said. I think I was just pointing out that being gay is no longer the big career curse in music and that the artist mentioned have had success as out artist for quit a bit now.

As far as Gaga is concerned, she comes off like a poser, IMHO and I wouldn't be surprised if it's yet another attempt for her to come off as "hip". We just can't kid ourselves about this stuff folks. Once a poser, always a poser.

She should have pulled a Sandra Bullock and dissappeared once she went into media overexposure. It's something that Natalie Portman is doing now (despite having released two movies in the past couple months has anyone noticed she has been doing zero publicity for them?). Instead, Gaga, like Beyonce before her, overexposed herself and has to deal with the public backlash she on her own created.
