I know exactly what you mean. But, in a way I understand it. When he recorded, he always seemed to leave something unfinished. Maybe it made things harder to leak that way because you knew that he would come back later and improve the whole track.

In an interview with Ebony magazine he talked about how he records demos - lyrically he throws down scat verses and concentrates on the hook of the chorus. If he walks away with the chorus still stuck in his head later on then he feels it's worth going back to write fully fleshed out lyrics.

This song does show the direction MJ wanted to go in with Dangerous album but once Riley got on board it was taken to another level.

It's clear MJ is saying this girl has an STD because the boys and girls don't wan't it and she GOT it...
