Do you think that there any artists/composers in the world of pop music (modern music) that could be labeled as brilliant? Similar to the way that many classical composers are considered to be brilliant.

What would be the criteria that someone would need to fulfill in order to be considered to be 'brilliant' in the first place? Is there one?
