New Bowie album - yet nothing new

Foo Fighters, Lou Reed, Billy Corgan To Appear On New David Bowie Album

The Foo Fighters, Lou Reed, Billy Corgan and The Cure's Robert Smith will all feature on David Bowie's new live album.

The album, entitled 'Birthday Celebration - Live in NYC 1997', will be released in the US on April 26.

The live session, which was recorded during Bowie's 50th birthday concert at York's Madison Square Gardens in 1997, will also feature Sonic Youth and Pixies' Frank Black.

A UK release date has not yet been confirmed.

The tracklisting for 'Birthday Celebration - Live in NYC 1997' is:

'Little Wonder'
'The Hearts Filthy Lesson'
'Scary Monsters (And Super Creeps)' - ft Frank Black
'Fashion' - ft Frank Black
'Telling Lies'
'Hallo Spaceboy' - ft Foo Fighters
'Seven Years In Tibet' - ft Dave Grohl
'The Man Who Sold The World'
'The Last Thing You Should Do' - ft Robert Smith
'Quicksand' - ft Robert Smith
'Battle For Britain'
'Voyeur Of Utter Destruction (As Beauty)'
'I’m Afraid Of Americans' - ft with Sonic Youth
'Looking For Satellites'
'Under Pressure' - ft Gail Ann Dorsey
'Heroes'
'Queen Bitch' - ft Lou Reed
'I’m Waiting For The Man' - ft Lou Reed
'Dirty Blvd.' - ft Lou Reed
'White Light/White Heat' - ft Lou Reed
'Moonage Daydream'
'All The Young Dudes' ft - Billy Corgan
'The Jean Genie' - ft Billy Corgan
'Space Oddity'
'Can’t Read'

--------------------------------

I would rather prefer a 70's bootleg release (something similar to the Santa Monica 72 release)

than this concert that can be found elsewhere...
