After declaring your love for that mess of a Madonna song (and oh, half her catalog), you have the nerve to post this? Wow! I am fascinated by your brain. Cheese is cheese and we all love it but to hypocritically love Madonna cheese and then dismiss this one is strange as fuck.

I never heard this before. It's damn good! Funky but kind of new wave. "Clothes" is very pop (but I like it, but probably not nearly as much as this now).

I'm only half watching this video...nobody believed you were getting it on with her...did they?

No that makes you a one-hit wonder as far as the mainstream is concerned.

He is not a one hit wonder....Plus he had a career on Soul Train & was a backup singer/ choreographer for Shalamar.....

I disagree . "WDHTTOCO" was huge. He was performing that on every music show back then & it was played on the radio every half hour...

Besides from "We Don't Have to Take Our Clothes Off". Do you recall ANY OTHER Jermaine song that became a big hit on the Hot 100? True he got R&B success but think about it, after that song, what other hit did he have?

THAT'S what I was talking about. lol Now you get where I'm getting at? biggrin

It aint about being cool. Just was likely that he died of AIDS given that he was gay and the era he was living in and that he was a pop star with probably a lot of dick and ass at his disposal. It's not like I even knew. Hell I was surprised to hear he was dead in the first place. Dude wasn't even 40. If he had died of a drug overdose my reply would have been the same. rolleyes

Yep. And in the early 1990s he told a reporter from "Sister 2 Sister" magazine, who later told Geraldo, that he and Magic Johnson had previously been sleeping together.

So THAT's^ why Isaiah Thomas started to question Magic's sexuality after Magic went public about having HIV. Interesting.

At least we all know now that Magic was (and still is?!?) definitely bisexual.

Well considering it was ten years after "Clothes" I doubt he would've had a hit. I don't know if it was him but I heard rumors he was blacklisted from the industry shortly before he died and he was gonna air out people's dirty laundry in a book. Never came out of course as he died before he made good on his promise.

Just because Jermaine made that claim does not make it true. Magic's HIV came as a result

of unprotected sex with scores of female groupies.

There are some doctors who claim it is impossible to contract AIDS as the male during hetero sex.
