yep cause appaently pink wanted it 2 and sang it but Perry said no cause it was for her album coming out. But xtina and ron fair ( her A &R then) were real stuck up on the LM set etc

There's a slight difference. There's no paparazzi following you thereby creating a situation that draws attention regardless of what you may or may not be doing. If they weren't celebs they'd have probably drove home without incident or at least not been photographed if they got stopped by cops. You on the otherhand won't wind up on TMZ.com 2 minutes after you get pulled over.

No, I wont wind up on TMZ.com 2 minutes after I get pulled over, because I wouldn't be dumb enough to drink and drive in the first place. The guy was all kinds of wrong for getting drunk and getting behind the wheel, and Aguilera was stupid for letting him do it. Whether there are people there to photograph it or not doesn't stop it from being wrong.

I hate the paparazzi to for the horrible way they follow and stalk celebs, but for naming and shaming people that do this sort of thing, hell yeah, they should be embarrassed by having it made public...I only wish there WERE a paparazzi that named and shamed "regular" people in the same way.

Like I said in my post "I know we all makes mistakes"...but I manage to go out on the weekend very regularly, have a good drink enjoy myself and never end up in trouble with the cops. So why can't Lohan, Britney and the rest of them do the same?

Maybe some of them just get unlucky and its a coincidence that the one time they have their pants down they get stung by the police...but I cant believe thats the case all the time with them.

She was sent to the hospital. That's different than being put in a jail cell.

Point is - She was taken in because there was no one to help her. She stated this to the cops. They put her in the drunk tank because she didn't have a way of getting home. Not because they wanted to bully a celebrity.

Christina was detained and Britney went to an asylum. The latter is far worse. By the way, Britney was arrested for a hit and run back in 2007. She got her mugshot and fingerprints taken. Also just like Christina she was detained but was later sent to a hospital:

Gosh, calm down. It wasn't meant as an insult towards Ms. Spears but as a commentary about the inequalities in the legal system. Unfortunately the fact is that a "regular" person with a genuine mental health crisis is far more likely to be thrown into prison while many famous/rich people use it as an excuse to avoid jail.
