Sarah Palin Slams "Airhead Diva" Christina Aguilera for Anthem Flub

Sarah Palin is fuming after Christina Aguilera flubbed the lyrics to the National Anthem during Sunday's Super Bowl XLV performance.

Speaking to Sean Hannity during a radio interview on Monday, the 46-year-old former Alaskan governor bashed the Burlesque star, calling her "a demanding beauty queen who's clearly in over her head."

Public figures must be held accountable for what they say," Palin complained. "Here's another case of an airhead diva going on TV, running her mouth off, sounding like a fool. She doesn't understand something so basic about America, yet we're supposed to tolerate her diva behavior? Americans can see through that, Sean."

The TLC reality star also criticized both the NFL and President Obama's administration for allowing Aguilera to perform, arguing that "spicy Latin princesses" shouldn't be permitted to sing at such events.

"Unemployment is at nine percent, yet we have to suffer through a performance by a foreigner with a poor grasp of the English language?" Palin argued. "If I were president, I'd deport Ms. Aguilera back to wherever it is she's from and give Amy Smart a call."

Though Aguilera's father, Fausto, is of Latin descent, the singer was born in New York and grew up in Pennsylvania.)

Despite her harsh criticism, Palin insisted her attack on Aguilera wasn't personal. "I'm sure Ms. Aguilera is a very nice person," she said.

That is some serious hate right there! I hope that as a public figure, she's held accountable for this just as she wishes Christina to be, for this is far, far worse.

Guys it's fake:

It did sound like it could have been something Palin would say until she started blaming Obama and suggesting that Aguilera should be deported. Even Sarah is not that crazy. Or is she?

No wonder the part that I quoted above, sounded entirely too much like a spot on...accurate description of Sarah Palin...herself. shrug

Although this is a fake news story, I don't understand why the media continues to further this woman's cause (money/power). Fuck ratings, or clicks or anything that gives them an excuse to justify running stories. She doesn't deserve our time or attention. She's an irrelevant promqueen who should have never been brought into the national stage. Damn you John McCain. Your little hail mary pass has continued to haunt us ever since the convention in "08. And I'm mad at the Republicans out there who supposed to be running for President but afraid of calling her out. But all of you would be quick to call Pres. Obama, spineless, weak, or "Pres. Carter". Shut the fuck up and grow a pair.

I guess I needed to say this....I'm really disappointed in the state of what constitutes as newsworthy now days. It's as if they're afraid of offending her loyal fanbase of celebrity so they "have" to let us know that she tweeted something or whatever. It's not important people. She's not important.neutral

John & Sarah - The Morning After

What's really scary is that there was a point in the not too distant past when this chick was about 2 steps away from being the President of The United States! I'll never forgive John McCain's desperate ass for that bullshit. He was ready to throw the whole country under the Straight Talk Express.

Does anyone get the feeling that Palin is a comedic performance artist? She's too funny to be actually believable...

Even Republicans acknowledge that Palin herself is the greatest "airhead diva" of all.

OMG

If that ain't the pot calling the kettle black. And why Obama??? Doesn't she mean the president of the NFL aka the NFL commissioner or something? I'm sure NFL did not confer with US President Obama when deciding who would perform at the SuperBowl.

confuse

idea I know! Maybe Palin THINKS this is a duty for the US President.
