They are never gonna do it, and now more than ever there is NO REASON TOO, but even when Michael was alive this BS was talked about. Notice how when there is this "reunion talk" it always is gonna start in Korea or Istanbul or some place where u are like WHY? start there? As i said before and no disrespect on the Jackson family talent, but they are the kings and queens of Bullshit, i dont believe a word that comes out of their mouths.

Put it this way, u have a better chance at John Lennon and George Harrison rising from the dead and getting with Paul and Ringo and them touring than the jacksons getting it going.

Even with the loss of John & George, The Beatles can still have a reunion album AND tour a lot sooner than the Jacksons. Just have Paul on bass, Ringo on drums, Julian & Sean on guitars AND we're good! cool

It's too bad that a Jacksons reunion tour AND album isn't this simple like it could have been in 2010. Even without Michael, there was still plenty of potential with the 5 remaining brothers if only they could stay on the same page long enough.

That was 1979, right? He and the brothers had a brief reunion during a Destiny Tour show in Philly just a few weeks earlier, didn't they?

I still think that a reunion/world tour of the 5 remaining male bros + Janet (replacing Michael) COULD work...

What's holding them back is JERMAINE'S (and Joseph's) EGO.

With his ego, any Jackson project is doomed. It'll never work. I stopped putting hope they would do anything AFTER Michael's death.

And Janet wouldn't dare join them. She tried to open for them on their "Victory" tour and they said NOPE! So there you have it. bored

And if Joe was ever to die anytime soon, it won't ever happen. Hell Jermaine would probably make this big announcement that they will retire now. rolleyes But weren't you blabbing for 31 years about reuniting? And that one reunion in 1984 was a bust anyways.

Face it, it's over. Randy's estranged from the family, Marlon's doing his real estate thing, Tito has a blues career, Jackie...who knows what he's doing, and Jermaine's still stuck in Africa leeching off kings over there probably. lol

What?!? eek Who told Janet she couldn't be the opening act for The Jacksons' Victory tour, her own brothers OR the concert promoters (Don King being one of them)?!?

From what I read, her OWN flesh and blood. bored2 She wasn't even invited to participate on "We Are the World" though La Toya was there. This was probably around the time she was married to James DeBarge but should being married to a DeBarge had prevented her??? Please.

We know the whole story about why Randy & Jermaine can't co-exist on a personal level, given that their respected children are cousins AND half-siblings!!! disbelief But what the hell did Jackie do wrong (beside cheated on his 1st wife with Paula Abdul)?

THAT is a damn shame. disbelief sad How could they rejected their baby sister like that? mad

I take it that Michael was outvoted (as usual) by all 5 of his brothers to the idea of Janet being their opening act. Knowing what I know now, it's no wonder why Michael couldn't wait to go solo on a full-time basis. He was really fed up with being told what he could OR could not on a business level because he was always outvoted by family members.
