falloff Shit, I can't get mad at her for this. We crashed a house party in Harlem after the 12/18 Prince MSG show...we rolled up in there 15 people strong and only one person in our group actually knew the host. I'd just met 98% of our group prior to the show and there we were in someone's house, dancing to his music with his INVITED guests, drinking up all his liquor, and eating his food. falloff He was super nice and nobody passed out in his bed but that's because it had coats all over it. I can't call her a hot mess for doing this because than I'd be a hypocrite...hell my ass was walking around that house party with a 40oz Coors Light and no shoes on (my feet hurt after dancing my ass off to Prince for 2 hours straight so it was justifiable in my eyes hmph! ). I left there shit faced. Damn, that was a fun night...good times, good times. touched

That host is much friendlier than I am in that case lol lol

Ain't no well in hell I'd let strangers in my house. Been there, done that, had too much shit stolen and too much damage caused to do it again.

Well, maybe I'd make an exception for orgers.

lol I've never been soo cautious of my surroundings in my life. There were soo many people there and they all knew the host and here we were not knowing anyone. We respected his house and nobody got pissy drunk and damaged anything. For all we know, that may have been the case with Christina. She may have been invited by a friend of the host and unaware that he didn't know she was coming to the party. It's not her fault that whoever invited her to this festivity didn't clear it with the party's host first...this happens all the time. Hell, it apparently happened on this show called 'Desperate Housewives of Washington D.C.', except they 'crashed' President Obama's party at the White House and swore that they had been invited. Shit happens and if all the information isn't clear as to what happened, fingers really shouldn't be pointed at any one person.

You ain't seen that video Dallas Austin had up on youtube abot the earlier parts of her career, huh? That ego of hers s something else -what xtina wants, xtina gets, chile lol

She was tipsy as hell. She even fell on the red carpet.

lol She probably tripped in her 6 inch Louboutins. Why when someone falls does it automatically mean they are 'tipsy'. People trip all the time. I guess Alicia Keys was 'tipsy' when she fell down during one of her concerts while she was pregnant. If I didn't see her drink, I can't say that she was tipsy and neither can you.

She never seemed the type to "lose" control. Getting smashed at a party she wasn't invited to seems like something Brit or Miley would do.

That whole going 'Commando' phase with female celebrities was gross no matter who did it. At least Christina wasn't a repeat offender like some of them. Aww, this was when she was 7 months pregnant too...tiny pregnant lady alert lol

lol What I still can't understand is why some of Britney's fans can't admit something that even Britney herself admitted a long time ago:

Nuff said. Moving on.

Wow, Christina haters really make it sound like she's been unable to be successful since her debut. Guess I gotta do a little educating:

Christina Aguilera (debut) sold eight million copies in the U.S.[25] and over seventeen million copies worldwide and she won the award Grammy Award for Best New Artist

Mi Reflejo number one on the Billboard Latin charts for a record 20 weeks. In 2001, it won Aguilera a Latin Grammy Award for Best Female Pop Vocal Album. The album went Gold in the U.S. She also won the World Music Award as the best selling Latin artist that year.

My Kind of Christmas has been certified Platinum in the U.S.

Stripped stayed on the U.S. and UK album charts well into 2004 (released in 2002), and went on to be certified four-times platinum in the U.S. with over thirteen million copies sold worldwide.[69

Back to Basics has sold 4.5 million units worldwide,[84] with over 1.7 million sold in the US. At the 49th Grammy Awards, Aguilera again won the Best Female Pop Vocal Performance for "Ain't No Other Man".

She released her concert DVD Back to Basics: Live and Down Under the following year. The tour grossed nearly 50 million by the end of the year in North America and an additional 40 million worldwide in her Europe and Australia dates, grossing almost 90 million by the end of the tour.[90][91] It was the most successful US tour by a female in 2007.[92]

Bionic's only two singles, "Not Myself Tonight" and "You Lost Me" peaked at #1 on the Billboard Hot Dance Club Play Charts. Album had poor charting numbers but all the tallies aren't quite in yet on how it's done soo far but this is her flop album...now she's got something in common with Britney who beat her to the flop album title with 'Blackout.'

So to whomever stated that Christina's last #1 single was in 2000, you should have put more into researching that info instead of wasting soo much time making a little picture monologue. Considering that Christina has only had 4 official studio albums since 1999, she's done fairly well with her sells. She has never released back to back albums unlike Britney who didn't give the public enough time to move on from her or get bored. They both have technically had one flop album in their catalogs at this point so one really isn't any worse than the other in that case. Even when Britney was going through her life's troubles, she was still in the media spotlight which as the old saying goes, "All publicity is good publicity." Had Britney not been on the cover of every tabloid during her 'off-period', I don't think she would have faired any better than Christina really. The public moves on quickly no matter how popular someone was so keeping ur name out there is a great business tactic even if it's unintentional. Christina could crash everyone's house party in the Hollywood Hills and she'd still not be as bad as Britney was...until I see her endanger her son, Christina is far from being anywhere near Britney image-wise. Defending those who have been wrongfully labeled is what I do, whether I like them or not and whether they are a celebrity or not and people need to be more honest in their postings. Integrity seems to not be a strong suit for many I guess and Ignorance truly is bliss when it comes to true haters. I don't like Britney, but I won't deny her the accolades and successes that she has gotten over the years because that would just be childish and sad. Just my twocents

Britney did nothing for Blackout (well something if you count her VMA performance and an entire years worth of negativity) and the shit is literally 9,000 copies away from hitting a million in the states alone. Chart-watchers that know the deal understand that isn't a flop at all considering the circumstances. You can never equate it with Bionic. Christina did all the regular promo (Oprah, Letterman, Today Show, Regis & Kelly, American Idol, Early Show, MTV Movie Awards, a Behind The Music special) and she still couldn't do anything past 300,000 in total. 300,000! Blackout did that in the first week in the middle of a fuckstorm. And no all publicity is not good publicity. That's total bullshit. There's a reason why Circus doubled Blackout in sales and all the singles got much more radio play. It wasn't that it was better. Anyone that listened to the both of them knows that Blackout shits all over Circus as far as quality. Had Jive not released it when they did it would have been one incredible era.

Wasn't there a story out some years ago about her showing up uninvited, getting drunk and thrown out of a Mariah Carey party?

That's exactly what I was thinking when I read it. It reminded me of that fallout with Mariah. That's too bad, I remember Christina talking about how much she admired Mariah when she first started out.. she should really learn PR and not blabber so loosely at interviews.

Burlesque was not a flop! Why do people keep saying that? It had the second largest debut weekend for any musical, period. It's almost reached 50 million which is great for a musical and is on track to making it's cost back while it's just kicking off it's international releases. Factor in DVD sales and CD sales and this puppy is going to make a healthy profit.

It's weird cause Julia Robert's latest only made 80 million and is considered a hit and this one could top off at 60 or 70 and it's a flop. Love the media spin. shrug

u know telling us about how much it made at the box office and blah, blah, blah won't change the fact that FLOPtina has reached her expiration date. PERIOD!!!!!!
