I stopped at their 1990 greatest hits album. I thought the few new songs with Jean-Michel Byron were really good, but the rest of Toto fired him LOL.
Anyway despite owning all of their stuff 'till 1990, their albums always had some filler or just plain poor songs on them. Don't mind "'till the end" though, but much prefer other tracks from that album like "we can make it tonight" and the title track "Fahrenheit", a song reportedly for Michael Jackson (certainly the high tech production would of fitted on "bad" nicely). Love the production on that cut inparticular.
Heres one of my favs "Can you hear what Iam saying", which is blessed by amazing percussion and bass.

Heres one of my all time fav songs:-
Steve Porcaro ( Michael Jackson's "human nature") and keyboardist David Paich wrote it, and bascially the members of toto bar Steve Lukather played on it, which to me basically makes it a Toto track. An outtake from their "Seventh one" album? Who knows but I love Marty Balins voice on it. Fun video too. | |
