Yeah, but we're not talkin' bout the live, extended versions! It's not that it's a bad song. It's just the weakest one on the album. Doesn't have the same kinda magic the others do (read: it doesn't have much of a personality of its own, rather it sounds like the segue intro to Baby I'm A Star).
Agreed. I kind of feel the same way about "U Got The Look" on Sign O' The Times. As a pop single it's great but it doesn't quite fit in on the album.
Yup. Just like I kind of think "Let's Work" is out of place on the B side of Controversy. It would've made more sense to keep it around the more R&B stuff like "Controversy" and "Do Me, Baby", imo!
Why are so many people saying Baby Be Mine? That is a great song.
I like this song, but I think it's weak when you compare it to the other songs on the album.Plus, the album already includes "The Girl Is Mine" so I think "Baby Be Mine" is kinda unnecessary
the unreleased song "Hot Street" should have been on the album instead. It's a stronger, faster, better song, imo.
No way. The lyrics are deep and the beat is perfection. The live, extended versions of IWD4U are kickass to say the least.

I was just denoting that as an example. I know we're talking about original songs, and IWD4U may not have the bombast of some of the other PR trax, that doesn't make it weak.
