Polow Da Don Talks Ciara and Keri Hilson ‘Beef’, Collabo, & More Hitmaker Polow Da Don talked to our good friend Sandra Rose recently about the much publicized ’beef’ between R&B starlets Ciara and Keri Hilson. Polow, real name Jamal Jones, has worked with both singers, producing hits such as Ciara’s ‘Promise’, and much of Hilson’s discography (unsurprising, given that she’s co-signed to his label). Check out his ‘interesting’ comments regarding the supposedly ’settled’ dispute, as well as news on Hilson’s 3rd LP, below.
Can you say controversy causer? As much as I respect Polow’s body of work, he shot himself in the foot with this one. For, he (indadvertedly) made it crystal clear that he is the chief instigator here. Hence, how ironic is it, then, that he assumes the role of mediator too? Messy. | |

What an asshole, "i will do what it takes to turn it around" both cds for the most part STUNK, i dont care that she sold 102,000 next week she will sell about 25,000 and then drop of the face of the earth. Im not shocked since most of his work sucks, especially the last few years, he brings nothing new to the table, same beats on all his shit, and he had nothing to do with Keri selling more, and the sophmore jinx? you cant have a sophmore jinx when your first album did nothing either, the sophmore jinx is for multi platnum debuts with a few hit singles, Keri didnt even come close to either.
