It was only a matter of time.

Rapper DMX has been moved to a mental health unit at the Arizona State Prison Complex facility, Alhambra, where he is serving his latest prison term.

DMX was sentenced to a year in jail on Dec. 16, after he pleaded guilty to violating the terms of his probation. At his sentencing, Judge Christine Mulleneaux told him she believes he has "an undiagnosed mental condition," possibly bi-polar disorder.

This is the 13th time DMX, born Earl Simmons, is incarcerated. His record includes more than 25 arrests across the nation, 11 felony convictions and 15 misdemeanor convictions.

According to the Phoenix New Times, files confirm DMX was admitted to the Flamenco Mental Health Unit at Alhambra on Dec. 20. He will not be allowed to have visitors for 30 days.

Hell, I didn't know he was in jail...AGAIN! Maybe and hopefully a mental health unit is a good place for him.

I really like him but he has alot of Demons , I hope this helps him.

He violated his parole by using drugs, I forgot what type, could've been cocaine again.

Which is exactly where he needs to be. I hope he's able to get some sort of a grip.

I think DMX definitely has mental issues. Whatever is going on with the guy I hope they discover what's been bothering him all this time.

Yes-he should've had help years ago Glad some judge finally gave him that needed help.

I read an interview with him some years ago and he did state that he suffers from bipolar disorder. At the time, he said he didn't like taking the medicine due to the side effects.
