How can an artist that puts out a studio album with their voice literally cracking sell a million copies in one week?
How can an artist that writes the same song over and over again sell a million songs in one week?
How can a chick that has dated several (and some way older men) by the age of 20 still have a moniker of America's sweet little innocent princess?

This 20-year-old is definitely riding a career high right now. No matter how big she gets, a big “what if” will always follow her. What if Kanye West never stole her “moment” at the VMAs? Do you think she would’ve gotten this big, this fast? Personally, I wasn’t a big fan of Swift prior to that night, but instantly became one that night, along with many others who watched the ceremony. The way she composed herself that night and the following weeks impressed me. What are your thoughts?

Ok, I will first say this.. good for Taylor! That's quite a feat, and not many artists can do this..
Oh the other hand, this shows just how crazy cd buyers are! Look at the people on the list...not 1 person, other than Garth Brooks and maybe Norah Jones and BSB, should have sold that many albums!
And I don't care how many songs she writes or the fact that she plays the guitar, Taylor Swift sucks!! She can't even carry a tune and all her songs are the same boring crap!! Though I will probably be forced to listen to this darn cd since my 6yr old nephew is obsessed with her! Prince is GORGEOUS. I'm inspired. GOD is GREAT. Is there anything else to say? lol | |

Not much of a Taylor fan, but for some to think Kanye is responsible for her success is kinda ridiculous.
She's had a huge fanbase way before Kanye. Her last album was a big hit and 6 million copies in the U.S. Her new album would have been a big success with or w/o the Kanye controversy. "And When The Groove Is Dead And Gone, You Know That Love Survives, So We Can Rock Forever" RIP MJ
