Pauls' Boutique is an ALL-TIME classic. The album that changed the sampling game forever. But I listen to Check Your Head and Ill Communication FAR more. I still listen to those two albums, plus the eps and b-sides from that era, on a pretty regular basis.

LTI is still the best album they ever made

While LTI was a great itnroduction to the Beasties, Paul's Boutique was a major step up in their skills and the 1001 1/2 samples. If there's a hip hop top 100 albums list, it should be placed in the top twenty, IMO. Jeux Sans Frontiers

These albums bring back some great memories, I saw them open for Run DMC in 1986. Damn, I'm old.

If prince.org were to be made idiot proof, someone would just invent a better idiot.

I can't listen to Licensed to Ill anymore. I associate it too much with frat boys and dumb behavior.
Paul's Boutique on the other hand is one of my fave hip-hop LPs of all time.

"Paul Revere" is my all-time favorite from them. That and "Sabotage". Hell I like all the shit they released. Great group in general.
