I have the CD single for this STILL.
I need more threads like this. I click on other " remember back in the day" threads and it's like some disco. I don't remember no damn disco!

Yeah it's about time. Gotta represent for the '80s/'90s kids out there.

As far as music went, 1997 was great.

Reminds me of college
I was jamming to my Tim/Missy/Magoo/Aaliyah/Playa/Ginuwine Superfriends playlist recently.

This is when Tim & Missy sound had the late nineties locked down. loved that drum stop beat that Tim had created. It reminded me of the drum patterns Prince used to create in the eighties . This is when they had the whole crew. Now they all are seperated. It will never be the same like that again. R.I.P Aaliyah & Stephen "Static" Garrett(Tim's & a whole lot of others ghost writer). I miss them...
will ALWAYS think of
like a "ACT OF GOD"! N another realm.
mean of all people who might of been aliens or angels.if found out that
wasn't of this earth,
would not have been that surprised. R.I.P.

Man they were the unit back in 1996, 1997, 1998, etc. Like I and Viintage said, when Aaliyah died, it ended everything.

This is one of my favorite tracks by Timbaland. In light of the Madge mention funny how he ended up working with her.
Been gone for a minute, now I'm back with the jump off
