Kelly Rowland has shot a 3-D video to promote her latest US single 'Rose Colored Glasses'.

The clip - directed by fashion photographer Rankin - shows Rowland failing to notice that she is in a dysfunctional relationship.

In a behind-the-scenes video posted on YouTube, Rowland said: "This video has been fantastic, one of the best video experiences I've ever had.

"I've shot a lot of videos, but this one is probably the most intriguing in the sense of how it's shot, the lighting, everything is so detailed."

Rankin, who has previously worked with Britney Spears, Kylie Minogue and Lily Allen, added: "The concept of the video is that it's in 3-D. It's a very emotional song. You have this theme of looking at the world in an optimistic way from the outside."

Describing the track, Rowland revealed: "The inspiration behind the song is just my real life. The song was actually produced by Dr Luke and written by Easter Dean."

The track will feature on her currently untitled album, due for release next year.

whatever happened to her song with david guetta, "commander", that sounded quite good.

i was expecting to be hearing that all over the radio in summer but i never heard it on any

station. only place i noticed it was on the org.
