Walker´s potato "crisps" are the most famous potato chips in Britain.

It´s interesting that you Canadian guys use British spelling but mostly American words for things that are called different names in Britain.

Chips is the British word for fries. But some also call them fries these days because of fast food chains.

There are also potato chips in Britain that are called potato chips instead of crips but those are the longish, stick shaped ones...they´re called "chips" because they look like fries.

I know it all sounds a bit complicated.

By the way, corn is maize in Britain, but corn flakes are, however, plain old corn flakes.

It's really sad to see the frontman of the once mighty Commodores reduced to flogging flavourless crisps. Although it did raise a smile or two when I first watched the ad.

It's quite funny. Gary Lineker been doing these ads now for decades it seems. I remember when he did a few with the Spice Girls LOL.

I remember when UK TV chat sow host Jonathan Ross interviewed him this year. Lional seemed genuinely surprised that Ross was a big fan of his early Commodores work. It seemed that Lional doesn't get asked about that part of his career very often.
