"Automatic" in the title, "Baby I'm a Star" reference, synth kinda reminds me of "Glamorous Life", sounds like something The Time might have done. Nice Snoop!

Yes. I've followed Snoop since the Chronic with Dre. It's cool that he is giving respect to "old school" sounds. I think as he's aging he's realizing all the music he appreciated even before the rap game and is banking on it. I for one was happy to hear him on Katy Perry's "California Gurls". He's actually starting to sing in his songs and you know what? It doesn't sound too bad.

hmmm This is actually a perfect example of what I was saying about current funk. Either there is no bassline, or the bass is static playing only the root note of the chord. (Funk often vamps on the same chord, but you can do more musically than that).

No its not a Neptunes track. Sounds like it though. I wish Prince would get Snoop to do a remix of his song "Sticky Like Glue" from his Mega hit album 20TEN doing a rap. That song fits Snoop perfectly......

eye will ALWAYS think of prince like a "ACT OF GOD"! N another realm. eye mean of all people who might of been aliens or angels.if found out that prince wasn't of this earth, eye would not have been that surprised. R.I.P. prince
