but she influences a lot of young women and to let kids know that U can be addicted to hard drugs and still manage to become successful isn't a very good PR move.

This was most likely made up for more publicity, she doesn't have much going on at the moment and could use a quick boost before she releases music from her upcoming album.

Well kudos to admitting the shit because her behaviour sure seemed like she was high at times! Lady Gaga's been sending mixed signals since she hit the scene what else is new...

When Gaga does it, she's just being an artist but let any R&B singer or rapper come out and say that and they would be demonized out of the industry.

And record sales don't translate into how hard someone is working. That just means x amount of people purchased a CD.
