That is incredibly bad indeed.
It sounds like something that a 14-15-year-old would come up as one of his first recordings in his bedroom, except that it's been recorded at a studio. It's not just that the lyrics are terrible, but the way he uses his voice on the "chorus" is also downright embarrassing. | |

As someone the same age as Soulja Boy, I can't even wrap my head around how this is even remotely tolerable. Most of my friends have decent tastes in music, but the age group as a whole...smh

I have long distanced myself from what the kid's listen to today, so I'm not sure if the clips posted above are indicative of what kids are digging today or not. I dont want to come off as an old foggy because my generation had Ace of Base & Vanilla Ice and we survived. But from those video's I can only conclude that the Mayans are correct and the world WILL end in 2012. | |
