Oh my lawd, I didn't know somebody else besides The Emotions sung another version of this song. The Emotions version hands down beats this other trashy version.

I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

If it makes you more nauseous, MC Hammer produced the cover. evillol

I heard B Angies version first..and while I do love the Emotions version...because I like fast uptempo musi, I had always went for Angie B's version. It makes me dance frantically

B Angie B.

I rememer seeing her on TV once and her weave was coming undone. I kid you not. It was a fright to see....kind of like a John Carpenter horror flick.

Wasn't she one of Hammer's projects? confuse

Plus Angie's body was bangin' Lemme post the video cuz Timmy need visualz. You gotta re-enact that shit. Now if you got video of the Emotions poppin' they coochies like this, I might reconsider my vote.

Interesting factoid: Wanda Hutchinson, who sung lead on most of the Emotions' uptempo hits (including "Best of My Love"), co-wrote this. nod

I know, but songs like this remind me of house parties with my mama and her friends. I can't pop my coochie freely with that on my mind. I think I need to start a coochie poppin songs thread. lol
