They're the best band ever, so it's hard to choose.

Nice to see people answering (thinking) outside the box on this one. As a die-hard Cure fan, I get a bit annoyed with the usual answers from casual top-40 fans -- Just Like Heaven, Friday I'm in Love, etc. Of course I have the same reaction to my boss when he continually makes some kind of goth reference while songs like these mentioned are playing in our office. Robert may have written some great, dark Goth tunes at some point (One Hundred Years, The Figurehead, All Cats Are Grey, Faith, etc.), but that was primarily prior to 1983. That being said, here are a few of mine...

Probably because it was a non-album single. One of my favorites, but it always seems to fall through the cracks when I think about Cure songs...

I hate to be typical, but I could listen to 'Just Like Heaven' (literally) 100 times in a row

It may be a cliche, but "Lovesong" will always be my favorite. It was one of the songs that made me a fan of music in general, and its impact has lasted throughout my lifetime.

That's one I like very much. I'm not really a great fan of the band anymore, but I still have a lot of time for all those hooky, short pop songs from their debut, Grinding Halt, Fire in Cairo and Boys Don't Cry in particular.
