That's tough for me as I listen to very little purely electronic/synthetic music. I really like a lot of stuff some might call experimental (Can, Scott Walker, Robert Wyatt, Neu) but few acts that are exclusively electonic.

Donna Summer - I Feel Love
Spring Heel Jack - Suspensions
Plastikman - Goo
The Field - A Paw in My Face
Coil - Windowpane
The Field - Silent
Ministry - Flashback
Plastikman - Lastrack
Cabaret Voltaire - Just Fascination
OMD - Enola Gay
Saint Etienne - He's on the Phone
Autechre - Parhelic Triangle
Caribou - After Hours
Pet Shop Boys - Dreaming of the Queen
Underworld - Spoonman
Venetian Snares - Einstein Rosen Bridge
Psychic TV - I C Water
Brian Eno - 1/1 and 2/1
Four Tet - Sleep, Eat Food, Have Visions
Throbbing Gristle - Heathen Earth (the entire album just blends together - I'm not sure if there are individual tracks)

Don't ever call the genre "electronica" ever again. no no no! THAT word was invented by the news media because they lacked key details of the history of electronic music and it's subgenres.
