Fan gets to meet Michael in his car during the Trial. Must say, Michael is pretty relaxed and calm while going through a stressful time. I think anyone else would but like, "Sorry, I can't right now" But he's just so sweet!

Michael during the Bad rehearsals. I love his vocals during rehearsals! No one can do the hiccup sound like him smile

Dude walked away with a big fat smile. Well Michael's demeanor doesn't surprise me. He was very irratic during that trial. One day he's dancing on the top of SUV's near the courthouse, the next day he's showing up to court in his pajamas. Oh well.

Although I'm your biggest fan...I'm also your biggest critic. Can you deal with that?

And by one day - I assume you mean the initial commital hearing and then several months later at the actual trial.

One year ago today was one of the most sorrowful days of my life. 6/25/09 was awful, but 7/7/09 was even worse. sad Time really flies....It's been a whole year. And amazingly, just like July 7 last year, it's been raining where I am again today. Incredible...

Instead of being sad though, I've been feeling a little pensive, but then I just happened to see this on TV a little while ago, LOL. It's very funny:

Was it really erratic or do you think it was erratic because the press said so? He never danced on top of the SUV. He just jumped up so he could wave to the crowd of fans for showing their support. He's done that many times over the years in the past for his fans. That's not dancing - not when Michael Jackson dances. He didn't show up to court in pajamas because he thought it was funny. If you read the court transcripts, his lawyer mentioned that Michael had an accident and will be late because he was at the hospital. The judge ordered that he arrive to the court in minutes or he would eradicate the bail. Hence, that was the day Michael showed up in pajamas as he was. It's interesting to know the inside truth when you push away from the media and only look at legitimate sources.

MJ certainly did jump on top of that SUV bop his head, tap his feet and get into the "rhythm" of the song playing in the background. It was subtle. I saw it with my own eyes. Just because he didn't do a all out pop-lock / moon walk routine does not mean that he wasn't dancing. Also, I'm a thinking individual, i don't need the media to "interpret" anything fo rme.

Did any of y'all read those transcripts from the early 90's about MJ and this mystery girl he was in love with? MJ talked about it with Glenda (I think that was her name) and it's been recorded on tape and transcripts.

Anyone have an inkling as to who she was? hmmm

I spoke to my black stepdad for the first time in a couple years yesterday. I had to ask him about michael and he said what I suspect quietly went on with lots and lots of black people. He was angry, he said he can hardly stand to see him on tv and just gets furious when he's on. I wonder if that's how most black people feel. Also, anyone read the Nelson George book? I did, overall pretty good although it had lots of unproffesional mistakes and typos which a writer of his stature should have caught. And I though it was interesting that he was one of the few people post-mortem to still question michaels vitiligo.

Angry at Michael? Nah most black people don't feel that. He's gotten a lot of love from the community since he's passed

I bought the Nelson George book the other day and yeah I felt it was okay but some of the mistakes and typos are pretty big ones in my opinion and bogged the book down. As someone who's done research on Michael's career (Mind you, I'm not a journalist and was born in 1987 lol ), I also think the minor mistakes could've definitely been fixed by press time

About him questioning Michael's blackness and Michael's situation with vitiligo (ignoring the autopsy report and quoting Quincy Jones' interview from last year didn't make his case any stronger) , I think that was one of the biggest issues that bogged the book down, if it was about celebrating the music, did that need to be apart of it?

No wonder you are so sweet! You are so young and "un-jaded". You seem like you hone in on the good in people. Oh well, when you get my age, you might start to see Michael a little differently. Doesnt mean that you wont still adore him, but perhaps you'll see things slightly different.

I don´t think he will.

The same black people/community who constantly praise Joe Jackson for his supposed "Black Old School discipline" is the same which despises Michael.

This does speak volums on some communities' values, doesn't it?

Exactly, whom- apart from old Black School Joe- do Black people like?

I know I will be called a racist because anything not so positive said about blacks will immediately be dismissed as racism, but the truth is that I'm not, by any means, a racist. It's just the truth.

OUTTAKES FROM THIS IS IT!! I wish more footage was released. I know they have 100 hours worth. I really like some of the dance moves he has here.. wonder why it didn't make the final movie. His precision on the dance moves is right on spot. Can you imagine doing that at 50?!!

Watching this made me realize more that my thought of MJ crossing over must have been one of devastation (for him) I've had dreams of him crying and screaming "no".....I truely beleive it was NOT his time......

Look at the child like antics and facial gestures....he was so full of life and the movie showed a totally differant side of him....I have so many mixed emotions about watching and seeing all the past images of Mike....

Yeah some will say we are crazy because we didn't know him personally....but I do sense great sadness that he isn't here with his children....they seem to bring the MOST joy besides music to his heart. I grew up with Mike/Madonna/Prince...their music is really what matters..not their personal lives......life deals us things we don't want to accept llike the passing of my very own brother.....their anniversaries are 7 days apart sad .......it's be 2 years for my brother and 1 for MJ and it just sucks......sad sad

chill buddy, just asking how you guys feel. I'm Indian, said many times here, generally closer with blacks than my own. But I never ever understood why black people don't just go the fuck off when they are being blatantly wronged. Like I said I'm Indian and we did our best in the past and still try to keep the man from victimizing us. I'm pissed at what happened to Mike's life, really pissed. Whatever his faults were, (and no, he wasn't no molester, I don't believe)he shouldn't have been hounded to an early grave and that's exactly what it was.

Yeah, i thought it was one of the most inconsistent books by one of the very best black music writers in the country. I wrote him telling him as much on his myspace page, stating that it made him look like he rushed it out for a buck. Some gems of thoughtfulness in it though.
