Oh Lord!

Alleged MJ Love Child Surfaces -- Wants Money

A woman who claims to be Michael Jackson's illegitimate love child -- conceived when MJ was a minor -- has filed legal documents claiming there was a diabolical plot to cover up her existence ... involving murder, abduction and Diana Ross' sister.

The alleged MJ spawn -- Mocienne Petit Jackson -- has filed documents with L.A. County Superior Court claiming she will surely be in line for a serious inheritance check ... if a judge will give the go-ahead on a DNA test.

Here's the story -- MPJ claims back in 1975, 17-year-old Michael Jackson secretly impregnated her mother Barbara ... who happens to be Diana Ross' sister. MPJ claims when she was 9 years old, Katherine Jackson hatched a plan to "abduct" MPJ and send her to Belgium to protect Michael's "reputation." She claims all 7 of her abductors were later murdered.

Now MPJ -- who currently lives in the Netherlands -- has decided to come forward with her story ... so she can "formally claim my part of my father's inheritance." She also wants custody of MJ's kids so she can give them a "more normal life." MPJ also claims she was diagnosed with Vitiligo ... so, there's that. Calls to Diana Ross, Barbara Ross and MJ's camp have not been returned.

No charges filed in probe of other Jackson doctors

By GREG RISLING, Associated Press Writer Greg Risling, Associated Press Writer – 8 mins ago

LOS ANGELES – State investigators probing the death of Michael Jackson have decided not to file charges against seven doctors who treated him, authorities said Wednesday. The doctors were part of an investigation by state Attorney General Jerry Brown's Bureau of Narcotic Enforcement, spokeswoman Christine Gasparac said. One doctor whose name was not released has been referred to the California Medical Board for prescribing drugs to a Jackson alias, she said. Candis Cohen, a board spokeswoman, declined to confirm the action, saying complaints and investigations were not public record. Jackson's personal doctor, Conrad Murray, has pleaded not guilty to felony involuntary manslaughter in the singer's death. Authorities say Murray provided Jackson with a mix of sedatives, including a powerful anesthetic that killed him. Murray was not among the seven doctors involved in the state investigation. Los Angeles police who investigated the death had asked state and federal investigators to look into the prescribing practices of doctors who previously treated the 50-year-old pop star. The federal Drug Enforcement Agency has also stopped investigating the actions of any other Jackson doctors, agency spokeswoman Sarah Pullen said. "I am very disappointed," said attorney Brian Oxman, who represents Michael Jackson's father Joe Jackson in a wrongful death lawsuit against Murray. "The misuse of medications by Michael Jackson in the last years of his life was excessive and to fail to bring that to the public eye is ignoring reality." The state investigation included the search of a prescription drug database that tracks doctors who prescribe controlled substances. The database also monitors the quantity and recipients of those drugs.

invincible 10 doenst surprise me if true , i remember that with acces holly wood they said mj sshould remix thriller ( as if they already knew) and jerkins said something that he's proud of invincible but they should re release it with bonusses. so it wouldnt surprise me that is what he is working on

This is what I know of

the album that's coming out in November

Off The Wall: The Deluxe edition

Bad 25

Bad Tour DVD (not really confirmed yet)

Video Collection DVD

the follow up to the November album

then you have the

Cirque De Soilei deal

Michael Jackson: The Experience video game

Save now for November.

Looks like November will be the month of MJ - with the ubisoft Michael Jackson: The Experience all ready to go, and the new album slated for release.

Following that OTW / BAD 25 are slated for an 2011 release - though you would think Bad will be the first to go and then OTW a month or so later.

By that stage the Cirque show will begin it's tour finally settling in Vegas in 2012.

Expect a Cirque album to coincide with the residency - hopefully like The Beatles Love that brought the music to life in a new way.

I think there might be a likelihood that any followup to the "new" album will not hit until 2012.

It is going to be a fine balance for Sony - to keep people interested in Michael's music and not flood the market with a glut of releases.

oh boo hoo, oxman. jerry brown is running for governor and has been all over the radio in l.a. talking about going after mj's and anna nicole's doctors as a way to get his name in the media. two of anna nicole's doctors have been indicted. if there had been one shred of evidence that mj's doctors had overprescribed or in any way misused their authority, they would have been brought before the medical board or charged as well. oxman is just upset because he won't be able to harrass anyone else in order to line his and joe jackson's pockets.

Exactly. Oxman is everywhere screaming "MJ was an addict" so that he can sue AEG and some doctors (only the rich ones!) under the argument "MJ was an addict and yet you continued working him/with him". Obviously, Oxman hopes he will make millions off of this through lawsuits using that argument and that's why he is EVERYWHERE 24/7 calling MJ a junkie.

BTW, Oxman: did the autopsy report and everyone who actually spend time with MJ ignore "reality"?

Joe, obviously, is the one calling the shots. Guess Poppa of the year was just old-school and Michael just a sensitive druggie.

From Paul Grein's chart watch column:

A Final Thought: KIIS-FM in Los Angeles plays Michael Jackson's "Billie Jean" fairly often as a recurrent. What strikes me every time I hear it is how it still sounds so vital and, well, current. The record is nearly 28 years old. It's as old as Bill Haley And His Comets' 1955 smash "(We're Gonna) Rock Around The Clock" was in December 1982 when Thriller was released. And while "Rock Around The Clock" was (and is remains) a classic, it sounds like an antique. "Billie Jean" sounds as hot and contemporary as any record on the radio. Credit for this goes to Jackson, who wrote and sang it, and to Quincy Jones, who produced it brilliantly. (Jackson has a credit as co-producer.) "Billie Jean" is closing in on sales of 2 million digital copies. As of this week, it has sold 1,931,000 digital copies.
