Nas & Ginuwine - "You Owe Me".

Reason why I hate; "I bought you jewelry, and now you have to open your legs as an exchange" - the whole thing in short yawn Poor Nasir Jones acting like he's Iceberg Slim.

Great production though. 1999-2000 was Timbaland's peak, and I enjoy almost everything he released in that in period.

I'll gladly settle with an instrumental if there's one.

Agreed. Ginuwine's 100% was such a dope album, if only for Timbalands production.

Her voice is grating, but that beat gets me moving at every party/wedding/dance.

Decent album nod I prefered "The Bachelor" though.

But Tim's better work at the time was saved for other artists(Missy, Jay Z, Aaliyah's outside project songs and a host of others - not to mention his own solo project).

This was also the time where Tim & Missy openly expressed their desire to work with Prince. I know they don't have many fans in this site, but it would've been fabulous had Prince shrugged off his ego and worked with them.

I love this song, but I don't mind admitting that I like it. Her voice is fine to me on this one.

Gotta co-sign. That's a bad ass track by a chick who rarely even reaches my musical radar.

Also, for me

ABSOLUTELY CAN NOT STAND her voice but that's a good song. It deserves a better singer.

I don't "love" it, the beat is just addictive and I LOVE the bridge, I wish the whole song sounded like that.

Not sure why you hate to admit that you like that song. It's a damned good song. And Corrine's style of vocalization definitely works for the songs she sings. Surpised she didn't take off and soar. But then again look at how much "true talent" is waiting in the wings while we enjoy near-talentless superficial "studio" artists. Damned shame.

Although I'm your biggest fan...I'm also your biggest critic. Can you deal with that?
