According to the Doc, Alicia Keys is pregnant Sometimes, it is a baby bump and not weight gain!
Alicia Keys and Swizz beats announced they are engaged..and that Alicia is pregnant. This is Alicia Keys first marriage and first child. Kasseem Dean (Swizz Beats) was married before and has two children, Kasseem Dean Jr. and Prince both from other relationships.
