anybody get Janelle Monae's Archandroid album yet? if so, how is it?

It's unbelievable. It surpassed my exceedingly high expectations. I'm stunned!

It is a solid effort, all the way through. Diverse without breaking the "concept album" feel, truly long overdue.

it's at best buy for $7.99. they hid the motherfucker, i had the same problem . in love with this album at the moment . i agree it's "long", but i can't say there is a complete dud up there at all (not even make the bus , which has grown on me a bit ) and a ton of awesomeness . well worth it

It's like Sign o' the Times and Songs in the Key of Life- sprawling, enormous and diverse, but still somehow cohesive. It really is in that territory, and I can't wait to get into all the nooks and crannies of this album.
