U Must Have Been Kissing A Fool.....*

"George Michael Makes A Sexy Night.."

-The alternate title given 2 George's 1987 solo debut album Faith. And it's no wonder why..

2 me this album contains some very lovely and sexy songs..some danceable, some romanceable ("Is that a word? It is now!").

Last night I put it on after almost a year not listening 2 it (which is a long time in my world) - and I was blown away.

Highlights 4 me - "Hard Day", "Hand 2 Mouth", "Kissing A Fool" & "A Last Request" (though the other songs are great also).

But 4 me, these songs fit in perfectly with my mood.

I've always maintained George as one of my top 5 favourite artists in the world of (pop) music. His crystal clear, passionate voice, his thoughtful and heartfelt lyrics, his beautiful and eclectic melodies...enough 2 stir the soul of anyone with a heart.

2 those who haven't heard it (or mainly these tracks listed above) - I highly recommend it.

4 those who are fans, please, discuss - why and what do u like about FAITH? Which songs are closest 2 u?

Thank u*

I'm a Big Fan of His Work."Faith" was His "Off The Wall" or "199" his Outburst&Reach too showcase what He truly had too offer as a Artist&He wasn't looking back."Kissing a Fool","I want Your Sex" Part 2&3 were cool."Father Figure" had a Nice haunting quality about it.Real Depth with that track. He didn't hide His Influences&didn't get lost in them either.a solid Mixture for me.I think He has made solid Disc's but I also think when you start off with the kind of Vibe He had&then kinda cool off from it it's kinda hard too digest the turn it on&turn it off aspect.but the Guy is very Talented but couldn't fully deal with being a SuperStar IMHO.He wanted it&then got frozen by it.such a musical tragedy.but I got enough of His work too remember the Great stuff.

All of George's solo releases are fabulous. He has a great voice and I love his lyrics. I would recommend any of his cd's, but I personally love "listen without prejudice" the best.

Faith is one of the best albums of the 80's. Album is good from beginning to end IMO. Album lived up to its hype then some. I love "Look At Your Hands" BTW. Goerge Michael's tour de force.

Good Morning, how's everyone doing on today???

I love Faith. I also love the majority of Older. I never could get into Listen without Prejudice though (minus 3 or 4 great songs).
