How many Jeffrey Osborne fans even remember that song or feen for him to perform it in concert? So the fact that "You are not alone" was MJ's last number one hit before his tragic death. Plus set a record for being the first to hold a Guinness World Record as the first song in the 37-year history of the Billboard Hot 100 to debut at number one; U SAYING THAT'S ALL INVALID? What is the problem U have with everything I say or report here? . I never said "You are not alone" was MJ's best song anyway. I said R Kelly wrote "ONE" of MJ's biggest songs. GET IT RIGHT! Leave Foster Sylvers out of this....[/quote] Hey, it's a great award. Car washes aren't cheap you know. As long as Usher can keep Grace, hire a real manager and put good songs out he won't demoted to receive the "Lane Lassiter Dishonorable Discharge Medal." Usher feels comfortable saying stuff like this, because when he reached his peak people were comparing him to MJ. He sings, dance, act, etc and so now he is feelin' what he has heard over the years. Whether it's true or false, I'm not going to comment about that. I just know it's the same thing as people constantly saying that Kobe was the next Michael Jordan or LeBron is "Baby Jordan" It's never really a problem until the Usher, Kobe, or LeBron starts saying that they are the next Michael Jordan or in Usher's case Michael Jackson.

Right now, the only thing Usher can say he has in common with Michael is that they both married some suspicous looking "females" and had babies. I'm loving this thread and the responses, but leave Kanye out of this 1 please. Say what u will of him, but not even HE would go THAT far.
