See, thats what happens when you surround yourself around people who are scared to speak up out of fear of losing a paycheck. Believe it or not that dress looks immaculate compared to some of the stuff I have seen that lady wear. Someone who really loves Aretha should encourage her to fire every last one of her stylists / designers for allowing her to leave her home looking like a clown. She's a big woman, she can still be attractive and look classy without wearing a moo-moo. Although I'm your biggest fan...I'm also your biggest critic. Can you deal with that? | |

I remember reading an interview she did with Shirley Eder back in the 80s and Shirley was brave enough to bring the subject up. Aretha explained to her that she has her dresses especially made for her by top fashion designers and that people were just jealous because she could afford and wear those types of dresses.
