Yeah some kind of liver issue.

For no good reason the bridge to that tune came to me about a month ago.
But for the life of me I couldn't remember the title or the artist.
Drove me nuts until I decided to forget about it.

Today his name popped into my head. nuts

Roger was a Kalifornia Kid.

Actually, when I saw the video, the first person I thought of was guitarist Steve Vai...

...Blue Powder (known for the "windblown" thing along with leather pants)

If I hadn't gotten the real story of how that came about, I might've guessed he got it from Roger Voudouris. lol

I have one, maybe two of his LP's and many that he's produced and appear on..

I like this tune he co-wrote and played on by the obscure group Crackin'

~ You Know Where I Am ~

..nice tune.

Michael Omartian is another one with a serious "track" record.

Regarding the band Crackin', Lester Abrams (Minute by Minute) was a member and also fronted a maybe even more obscure band called L.A. Carnival:

cool He and Leslie Smith were together in Crackin' as well. Johnny Otis set them up, now that's cool. Both groups had a Doobie's, AWB vibe.

Thanks for the info, now I have something else to hunt down.

..speaking of Johnny Otis, I've been drifting into Don "Sugarcane" Harris "Sugarcane" album, so far so good.
