Michelle Obama Reveals Her Playlist A few of today’s most popular artists are getting play in the White House.
“I like all kinds of music,” the First Lady told children of White House staff members during “Take Your Child to Work Day” last week. “I love Stevie Wonder. … I’ve got some Michael Jackson.” She also named some artists that went over well with the young crowd. “I’ve got some Rihanna, I’ve got some Beyoncé—I love Beyoncé. I’ve got some new Usher,” she added. Obama explained the criteria for her selections. “I love to dance, I love a good beat,” she said. | |

I read that she also mentioned Sting as a favorite, and the kids didn't know who she was talking about. I think they laughed when she said Sting's name a couple of times, and asked why they were laughing. "Funkyslsistah… you ain't funky at all, you just a little ol' prude"!

She should EDUCATE THEM on Sting when they get to be teens. There's still hope for the Obama kids. Right now they're loving all the Disney artists and pop artists today. Give them some time. | |
