Labelle's Pressure Cookin On CD

I know absolutely nothing about this album. People keeping saying how great it is. I took a chance and ordered a copy today. Hope I'm not disappointed. Can anyone shed any light on what I can expect?

This was Labelle's biggest transitional record from the earthy rock 'n' soul of Labelle and Moonshadow to the glam rock 'n' funk of Nightbirds, Phoenix and Chameleon.
