No, I didn't see this interview (i'ma watch it now) but I was around him frequently in the 90s and Kevin was intense to say the least and a dog with a bone if he felt insulted. I loved him to death but that shit got on my nerves so I just ignored him when he got in his moods. He was definitely one of them "Is he gonna hug me or choke me" type nuccas. But he had a really sweet side too and hearing that voice growling in my ear . . .  That interview was a mess!!!!! Guru was all defensive and shit, jumping on dude's throat. Goddamn!!!!!   Sounds like he wrote that letter to me. It's definitely in line with other things that came outta his mouth before he died. | |

Damn! Guru was a frickin' genuis! I will really miss him.
Whoever wrote that letter sounds very angry and bitter. Just the general tone and the sentence "As men of honor we stood tall in the face of small mindedness, greed, and ignorance", can lead one to believe that there was a romantic relationship going on there. It wouldn't even matter if he was gay, but to be so bitter right up to the end...the bitterness probably ate him up worse than the cancer. And such a nasty end to a wonderful legacy... even if he did write it, why release that shit? That could have been kept between lawyers, private. Guru: T.I.- I always thought T.I. was lyrical. I like Lil' Wayne. He's got some ill metaphors. I think what it is is that the medias sensationalized Lil' Wayne, but I think Lil' Wayne is a dope artist. So I would listen to Lil' Wayne for the music, not for the hype. Who else, a couple others... I like Jeezy.
