Yep,'The Bodyguard' is a movie idea from the late 70s.Ryan O' Neal and Diana Ross were gonna star in it.I wonder how it would have turned out? I can certainly see Diana in that role,playing the bitchy,self-centered singer whose life is in danger it's amazing that the script survived all those years,and the film finally got made in 1992. | |

^^^In my research on this thread, IMDB noted that they actually were a month into working on the film till they broke up and Ross exited and the film fell apart.
Ms. Ross aint fooling around when it comes to dating white men, is she? What the heck did Berry Gordy do to her to turn her away? Space for sale... | |
