That was my experience on one of my orders with them. After one week, I contacted them to see if they had a tracking number. They didn't. However, they issued a credit on my card and shipped me the cd free, so I'm not upset about their customer service at all. They probably make more money releasing the albums individually vs. releasing a boxed set. Besides, Rick has too much material to be dwindled down into one 4 disc box set. I'd rather have the reissued albums with bonus trax from that era. **--••--**--••**--••--**--••**--••--**--••**--••-
