I liked this song in the 70s and I like it now--mark me down as a Missouri Mule!

The ironic thing is, Paul had written this with Michael in mind. In fact, the version on "London Town", Paul says that he was trying to imitate Michael. I love both versions, but I wish Michael had kept the part about the "river flowin' that was in Paul's version. "Love is like peeing in your pants, everyone sees it but only you feel its warmth"

I've never understood the hate for this track. It's one of my favorites "We may deify or demonize them but not ignore them. And we call them genius, because they are the people who change the world."

yeah,I don't know why this song gets such a bad rap. It's soulful and melodic. It makes me want to hear the outtakes because the album itself is so good. Getting the demo to She's Out Of My Life last year was cool "We may deify or demonize them but not ignore them. And we call them genius, because they are the people who change the world."

Exactly! I fell in love with this song from the first moment I heard it. The melody is amazing...Mj's vocal is contagious. will ALWAYS think of like a "ACT OF GOD"! N another realm. mean of all people who might of been aliens or angels.if found out that wasn't of this earth, would not have been that surprised. R.I.P.

I rarely listen to this song, but when I do, I really enjoy it.
My favourite of the album is Can´t Help It. That´s a perfect song. "When Michael Jackson is just singing and dancing, you just think this is an astonishing talent. And he has had this astounding talent all his life, but we want him to be floored as well. We really don´t like the idea that he could have it all."

I like Mike´s version better. I feels fresher. "When Michael Jackson is just singing and dancing, you just think this is an astonishing talent. And he has had this astounding talent all his life, but we want him to be floored as well. We really don´t like the idea that he could have it all."

Although Patti/Mike did their thing, I'm getting addicted to Dionne Warwick and Dee Dee Bridgewater's versions as well

I really dug Patti and Michael doin' their thing on "..Falling In Love". It's one of the last really great soul duets. Patti and Mike had great musical chemistry, and they really should've done another cut on her "Every Home Should Have One" album. Katie Kinisky: "So What Are The Latest Dances, Nell?"
